Karthik's pre-launch customer support AI product, designed to replace seat-priced helpdesk SaaS with outcome-based AI deflection. The thesis: the Seat Pricing model is structurally broken for a category where AI can resolve the majority of tickets without a human — customers should pay for resolved conversations, not for inbox seats. A serious parallel bet to FeatureOS, not a side project. Closest category reference: Sierra (enterprise) and Intercom's Fin.
