Seat Pricing

The default B2B SaaS pricing model: charge per user, per month. Simple to understand, simple to budget, but structurally misaligned with value delivered — customers pay more as they onboard more users even if each user gets less value. Increasingly under pressure from AI-era tools that replace labor entirely. Contrast with Outcome-Based Pricing, which is the model SupportWire is built around.
