SupportWire — Partner Follow-Ups (Touch #2)
Drafted 2026-06-22. First touch went out ~2026-06-17 (reseller-outreach-emails). Five days of silence = time for touch #2. Eight agencies marked CONTACTED in Twenty; zero replies. A5 Solutions is still TO_CONTACT (email bounced — see reseller-targets).
Rules for touch #2:
- Reply in the original thread where you emailed direct (TransFunnel, OpenGraphy, Abano, Adaps, AgileOps). Keep the subject as
Re: …. - Re-submit via contact form where there's no direct address (Efabrika, saasgenie, Cybercrew).
- Shorter than email #1. One new hook each. No "just checking in."
- Two of these end with an explicit easy-out ("is now not the time?") — that line is what licenses a reply. Keep it.
- After sending, move the card → still
CONTACTED(or add a note "FU1 sent 06-23"). When anyone replies, move →REPLIED.
HIGH priority
1. TransFunnel — Kapil Arora (kapil@transfunnel.com)
Subject: Re: Your Intercom clients getting wrecked by Fin pricing?
Hi Kapil,
Following up on this. The reason I think it's worth 15 minutes for TransFunnel specifically: you already run the HubSpot + Intercom migrations, so you have the muscle and the client trust. Today, when a client's Fin bill spikes, you either absorb the complaint or watch them churn out of the category. SupportWire gives you a third option — one you can recommend and capture the migration on.
You're top of my list for the early-partner group, and I'm keeping it small.
Worth a short call this week, or is now not the time?
— Karthik
2. OpenGraphy — Antoine Gounel (antoine@opengraphy.com)
Subject: Re: First agency we send SupportWire deals to
Hi Antoine,
Circling back. Because OpenGraphy is genuinely vendor-agnostic, you're exactly who I want in early — first pick of migration inbound, better margin than the saturated Intercom program, and direct input on the product while it's still moldable.
The early-partner group is small on purpose. Are you open to 15 minutes this week?
— Karthik
3. Cybercrew — founder (re-submit via cybercrewph.com contact form)
Subject: Re: First agency we send SupportWire deals to
Hi,
Following up on my note. With 300+ Intercom implementations behind you, you have the largest base of clients feeling the Fin per-resolution pricing of anyone I've reached out to. That's not a threat to your business — it's an opening, if you have a sharper, fairly-priced answer to move them onto.
I'd like Cybercrew to have that answer first. Worth a short call, or should I close the loop?
— Karthik
MEDIUM priority
4. Efabrika — Emre Efe (re-submit via efabrika.com/contact)
Subject: Re: Adding a sharper tool to your support stack
Hi Emre,
Following up. Short version: SupportWire is AI-native support with pricing that doesn't spike with volume, and I'm choosing a handful of implementation partners before launch. Efabrika's experience-design focus is exactly the kind of shop I want shaping it early.
15 minutes this week?
— Karthik
5. saasgenie — Raj (re-submit via contact@saasgenie.ai / contact form)
Subject: Re: First agency we send SupportWire deals to
Hi Raj,
Circling back. SupportWire is AI-first support without the per-resolution billing that's pushing teams to shop around. I'm picking a small set of CX/ITSM implementers as early partners — better margin than the crowded incumbents, and first pick of inbound migrations.
Would a quick call be worth your time?
— Karthik
6. Abano — partner team (contactus@abano.be)
Subject: Re: Adding a sharper tool to your support stack
Hi,
Following up on my earlier note. SupportWire is a fresh, AI-native option to add to the support stacks you build for clients — and because you'd be early, the partner margin beats the established vendors.
If you take on new tools for the right client, I'd value 15 minutes to show where it fits.
— Karthik
7. Adaps — partner team (info@adaps.com)
Subject: Re: Adding a sharper tool to your support stack
Hi,
Circling back. As a Freshworks service partner you're already trusted to pick the stack — SupportWire is a sharper, AI-native arrow for the clients who want an option that doesn't bill them into a corner. Early partners get the better margin.
Worth 15 minutes this week?
— Karthik
8. AgileOps Consulting — Carly (carly@agileopsconsulting.co.uk)
Subject: Re: Adding a sharper tool to your support stack
Hi Carly,
Following up. SupportWire is an AI-native support platform I'm opening to a few implementation partners before launch. Boutique shops like AgileOps are exactly who I want in early — better margin, direct product input.
Worth a quick call this week, or is now not the time?
— Karthik
A5 Solutions — fix before re-sending
Identity CONFIRMED — the São Paulo Freshworks Platinum partner (Vila Olímpia). Not the US/Pakistan namesakes.

Move: This one never got a real first touch. Send the Freshchat-partner first-touch from reseller-outreach-emails §3 via WhatsApp or the contact form (PT-BR will land better). Brazil = LATAM reach, so worth the manual effort.
