Notes

• NetNewsWire OPML import merges — it won't move or delete existing feeds. To re-apply a reorg cleanly: delete all feeds/folders in NNW, then File → Import Subscriptions. This wipes per-feed read/starred state.
• Source export was ~/Downloads/Subscriptions-iCloud.opml.
• Re-export from NNW and replace this file when subscriptions change, so the repo stays the source of truth.
